O Would Continuous descreve o que você estaria fazendo agora se a realidade fosse outra.

• A PEÇA FIXA: Use sempre BE. Nunca use "been" ou "being" aqui!
Ex: I would be studying.

• O FLUXO: O verbo principal precisa de ING.
Ex: She would be accepting.

• NEGAR: O "NOT" trava o would.
Ex: I wouldn't be (would not be) participating.
